Two Rules. That’s All.

The board is split into regions. Shade tiles so that:

Every region gets exactly two.
Not one, not three. Two shaded tiles in every region on the board.

Every shaded tile is part of a pair.
Two shaded tiles side by side. Pairs can cross region borders, but two pairs can never touch.

Every level has exactly one solution, and you never have to guess.
